Wonderful hotel and the location to the “ parking area ” was marvellous and stunning. Enjoyed the way our queen room on 3rd level was. The breakfast was incredible and well presented with wine and also all the food was provided. Location: the property was adjacent to the central highlands, beautiful Deloraine and the mountains. And there was Frogs Bakery with short-orders a super close walk to the venue, super convenient.

Had a comfortable Easter stay in a lovely old building. Beds were cozy, and the rooms had heaters. The café/restaurant downstairs served excellent food, with a great menu that offered more than one vegetarian option. The friendly and helpful hosts made the stay enjoyable.
Some rooms were not accurately depicted in the photos, leading to confusion. The shared balcony was small and overlooked the street.

Quaint classic old hotel with really good and welcoming staff. Central location, at a medium distance from Elemental Artspace. Set in a local area very close to River as well as there own restaurant.
Chatty staff!

The Empire Hotel was a charming old building with amazing rooms. The Japanese style decor was clean and inviting. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and took the time to explain the facilities. I can't wait to return to Tassie and stay in more hotels like this. Thank you for your hospitality.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The central location of this hotel was fantastic, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We especially appreciated the self-catering breakfast provided, which allowed us to start our day off right. The parking area behind the hotel was a great convenience.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The access to the car park was steep, and navigating the stairs with luggage was a bit challenging.

The hotel had beautiful period features and a comfortable bed. The helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The location was great as it was close to the main highway and tourist spots. The breakfast was satisfactory with a good choice of cereals and plunger coffee in the shared lounge.
The bathroom was poorly designed, and guests had to walk through the shower area to access the toilet, which was inconvenient.

We recently stayed at a homely, quaint pub in Deloraine. The Empire offers a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food in their modern restaurant. The owner was welcoming and the old-style lounge areas were delightful. As a bonus, off-street parking was included. The light breakfast provided was a nice touch, and we enjoyed exploring the Main Street. a wonderful experience at The Empire Hotel.
Nothing to fault. 👌

The hotel is great value for money and has a convenient location with car parking. Our sparkling clean bedroom was very comfortable, with heated blankets and good options for breakfast. The pub and restaurant below were fantastic, offering real barista-made coffee and plenty of choice on the menu. The common area was a nice touch, giving us the chance to chat with other guests and perhaps play a board game.
There were a few negatives to our stay. The noise from the pub below could be disruptive at night, so it might be best to request a room away from the noise if you are a light sleeper.
